Modern kosher food network · Launching in NJ & NY

Kosher food.
Wherever you're going.

Let's Go Kosher is building a network of automated and semi-automated kosher food formats that put fresh, hot kosher food in the places travelers actually need it — highway service areas, airports, hospitals, transit hubs and more. No detour, no guesswork, and convenient availability that fits how each venue operates.

How it works

Four taps from hungry to on your way.

Every kiosk runs the same tightly controlled process, so the experience is identical whether you're at a highway plaza before sunrise or a hospital lobby at noon.

01

Choose

Browse a clear, photo-led touchscreen menu. Every item is labeled so you know exactly what you're getting.

02

Pay

Tap a card, phone or watch. Cashless, contactless and receipt-by-screen — no app download required.

03

Freshly prepared

Your item is prepared or heated to a consistent, controlled program designed for food safety and repeatable quality.

04

Go

Grab it hot and keep moving. Built for travelers on a schedule, with hours set to fit each venue.

Built for speed and safety

Consistency is the product.

  • Cashless-only payments keep transactions fast and auditable.
  • Temperature-controlled holding and heating with monitored set points.
  • Documented cleaning and replenishment routines on a fixed cadence.
  • Connected hardware that reports status continuously, not weekly.

The food

Hot pizza first. A full kosher menu ahead.

We're launching focused — one category done exceptionally well — and expanding the menu as the network grows. Availability varies by location and venue.

A hot personal pizza, freshly prepared in the kiosk, ready in minutes. Designed for consistency across every unit in the network — same recipe, same program, same result. Pricing and sizes will be published at launch.

Ice Cream & Frozen Treats

Planned category

Frozen desserts and novelties for warm-weather venues, malls and family travel corridors.

Breakfast

Planned category

Early-morning items for airports, hospitals and commuter hubs where breakfast options are scarce.

Coffee & Hot Drinks

Fresh-brewed hot beverages designed to pair with our food program at high-dwell locations.

Bakery

Planned category

Packaged baked goods and snacks with clear labeling and dependable shelf life.

Sandwiches, Salads & Grab-and-Go

Where we're going

Placed where kosher food is hardest to find.

Our initial rollout is planned for New Jersey and New York, with expansion nationally as the network scales. We're actively evaluating venues — no specific site or partnership is confirmed or announced yet.

Highway service areas

Long-haul corridors where drivers and families stop once and need real food fast — often late at night.

Airports

Terminals where kosher options are limited, closed, or on the wrong side of security.

Hospitals

Families and staff spending long, unpredictable hours who need dependable food after hours.

Transit hubs

Rail, bus and ferry terminals with dense commuter flow and very short dwell times.

Malls & campuses

Retail centers, universities and corporate campuses with steady daily traffic.

Other high-traffic venues

Hotels, event venues and destinations where a compact footprint can serve a real need.

Kashrus & trust

Kosher integrity is the engineering spec.

A kosher food network only works if the standard holds at every unit, every replenishment, every day. That's why compliance is built into the design of the equipment and the operation itself.

Designed in, not bolted on

Kosher requirements shape our sourcing, equipment specification and kiosk layout from the first engineering conversation — not as a later adjustment.

Controlled supply and replenishment

Approved products, sealed handling and documented replenishment routines performed by trained personnel on a defined schedule.

Temperature and food-safety controls

Monitored holding and heating set points with logged data, so every unit can demonstrate how food was stored and prepared.

Cleaning, service access & discipline

Written cleaning protocols, dedicated equipment, controlled service access to food zones, and operating procedures built to be auditable by a certifying authority.

Our commitment

What we will and won't claim

We are working toward kosher certification under a recognized rabbinical authority. We have not announced a certifying agency, and we will not imply one before it is in place.

Certification details — the certifying authority, the scope of supervision, and the applicable operating policies — will be published for each location once that location launches, and displayed clearly at the kiosk itself.

Reviewing us?

We welcome early conversations with kashrus agencies and food-safety reviewers about equipment design, supervision models and operating procedures.

Smart network

Connected kiosks, centrally managed.

Let's Go Kosher is a technology and operations company as much as a food company. The network is what makes the food dependable.

Remote monitoring

Each kiosk reports its own health continuously, so issues surface centrally instead of waiting for a customer complaint.

Inventory & temperature telemetry

Stock levels and temperature data stream back in near real time, driving replenishment routes and food-safety records.

Cashless payments

Card, phone and watch payments only — faster transactions, cleaner reconciliation, no cash handling on site.

Uptime & maintenance

Automated alerts and planned service visits are designed to keep units available, stocked and serving.

Consistent branded experience

The same interface, the same menu logic and the same look at every unit, so travelers instantly recognize the network.

Compact, low-impact install

A small footprint with standard power and connectivity requirements, designed to fit existing venues.
